by Author on 28 February 2009
With all 18 vineyards scoring between 92 and 99 points out of 100, Astralis is scored 99/100 – the 5th in a row from A-list newsletter produced by Robert Parker. Australian reviewer Dr Jay Miller, comments on Astralis that ‘when it fully unwinds even his high score of 99/100 will appear conservative.’ He further comments that ‘Clarendon Hills is one of the worlds great wine estates’. The scores ring true with Roman’s expectations for the vintage that was ‘great from day one’.
